1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging included where possible.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled more than necessary, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as the correct return address may vary.

3. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you where required by law.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you may still have the right to withdraw from the purchase under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back.

Any additional costs for premium or express delivery beyond standard delivery may not be refundable.
